Today I choose to complete: 2×5 2×6 at 310+ The plan was 10′ WU, 5′@310, 4′ R, 6′@310, 5′ R, 5′@320, 4′ R, 6′@330, 5′ CD
Great workout! I was mentally tough and met all my goals for the session.
