Wind

Ok, it snowed the roads are ice and the temperature outside is to cold to ride. Snow in Michigan.

Did spin class this morning, 50 minutes of pain. I burned 985 calories, according to my trusty Polar HR monitor. Today’s ride was a strength ride. We listened to some great music. The class was pretty close to full, 13 riders today.
